During these unprecedented times it is easy to be focused on or even consumed by all the negativity surrounding you. The law of attraction states that positive or negative thoughts manifest either positive or negative experiences into your life. If you are thinking negative thoughts, then negative things will happen to and around you and vice versa. While it is easier said than done, the first step to having the law of attraction work for you, is positive affirmations and believing in the words you are thinking, saying or writing about yourself.
Weather or not you believe in the law of attraction or that it’s just a pseudoscience there is nothing wrong with positive affirmations and knowing what you deserve.
Here are a few affirmations to try. Say them while looking in a mirror, thinking them to yourself or even just writing them down in a journal these are positive thoughts to help manifest positive energy into your life.

- I am worthy of love and respect and someone is worthy of the love and respect I am willing to reciprocate.
- Everything is happening for a reason and is happening for my ultimate good/wellbeing.
- Times are difficult now, but this is a short phase in my life which will only make me a stronger and better person than the person I am today.
- I am beautiful, I am loved, I am strong, I am smart.
